Fully Satisfy Cravings

It is time to lose the cravings you have for foods you might love. This may sound like something difficult, but the concept is pretty simple. If you feed your body everything it needs, it has no need for cravings.

You can truly satisfy those cravings before the body even gets an inkling that it might be lacking something. That’s the secret. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables that supply the minerals and vitamins the body is really craving and it stops sending signals that it is still missing some vital nutrient and to keep eating.

The standard diet in the world is sorely lacking in essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and the phytonutrients that can be found in good organic food. We are feeding ourselves massive amounts of calories while starving ourselves at the same time. No wonder people get cravings. The body is desperate. It says “try something sweet or salty,” hoping to get what it needs, but why does it ask for these?

For thousands of years the sweet and salty options humanity had were fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, spices, and sea salt mined from the deserts and the ocean. Our bodies needed these to supply nutrients, electrolytes, and minerals. When we were lacking, the body would ask for more fruits and vegetables. It’s a system that worked well for humanity.

Then we started refining sugars and processing our food. The miracle modern diet has now packaged sweet and salty in high calorie bundles that are completely devoid of nutrients. Our poor bodies don’t understand that. They just know they are missing vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients and encourage us to eat more to find them. We reach for the wrong foods and the cravings continue.

Reach for the foods the body is really requesting, not the junk we think it wants. Your body is waiting, hoping you will listen. If you always give the body good food, those cravings will lessen and eventually disappear entirely.
