3 Nutrition Tips to Increase Your Creativity

Having a healthy diet may just help improve your creativity, so here are three tips in particular to get you started.

berries_colorful_raspberries_blueberries_blackberries_picMy experience has shown me the best foods to illuminate creativity are vegetable juices, fruits, (specifically colorful berries, figs, seeded grapes, watermelon juice, durian fruit), cacao (chocolate), superfood and tonic elixirs, coconut water, and periodic water fasting. Experiment with the brief list of recipes from my book The Life Food Peak Performance System below to find what may work for you best.

1 Day Water Fast

Select one day in a week to consume only spring water. There may be no greater tool for unlocking dormant mental and spiritual energy than subsisting on fresh, pristine water derived from the hydrological cycles of nature. If you feel a pull to eat through the day, do it midday or early evening to allow the first half of the day to be devoted to your uninhibited creative pursuits. This can also be performed using fresh coconut water through the day.

The Very Berry Breakfast

In order to see more colors, we must eat more colors. Berries of all kinds represent the most colorful plentitude of colors nature provides. This is simply a sample recipe, modify this as you like. Try not to gorge yourself all in one sitting. Eat throughout the morning, especially through the creative pursuit.

  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 cup of blackberries

The Chlorophyll Codex

green_juice_detox_fresh_vegetables_fruit_healthy_nutrition_picChlorophyll is nature’s primary blood cleanser, blood builder, and heart protector. When the blood is flowing, oxygen is increased and imagination rises. Try this recipe in the morning and see what emerges from the depths of your art. Mix these together for an out of this world morning juice!

  • 1 ounce chlorophyll
  • 1 ounce E3 Live or BrainOn
  • 3 freshly juiced cucumbers
  • 1 bunch juiced parsley
  • 4 ounces juiced turmeric
  • Dash cayenne powder

Try some of these juices too!
