Ab Exercise: Ball Rollout

Got a bit of extra fluff around your midsection? Fitness Trainer Tim McComsey demonstrates an exercise that’s fantastic for making that “little extra” disappear. All you need to get your abs burning is an exercise ball and a few minutes each day.

Begin by kneeling with your forearms resting on the ball. You may interlock the fingers or keep your hands apart. Keeping a flat back and a tight core, inhale while you roll the ball out and exhale as you roll the ball back to starting position. Repeat this motion until your abs are on fire or maybe just burning a little bit.
