Like one of the co-owners, I also am Vegan - No Meat - No Dairy - I have been doing this for over 1 year 1/2 now. Over the course of this past year, I've done cleanses, detoxes etc...to clean all the 'junk' outta my system that I've been accumulating over 38 years. I am 6'2 and was 175 lbs when I started these cleanes - and since I have dropped 30 lbs of weight - now 145 lbs. I was glad to find Sun Warrior! I am now on my 4th container of the protien and love it. (My 4 & 8 Year old girls LOVE IT too! - awesome with a banana in it) It helped me maintain my 145lbs, when I did not want to lose any more weight while detoxing. NOW - done with my detoxes, I'm on a mission to gain back 50 lbs of muscle mass - to be at my dream weight of 200lbs - but this time with NO MEAT or DAIRY products. I AM going to accomplish this with the help of Sun Warrior Protien and Barley. Let me tell you, after YEARS of lifting weights, NOTHING tastes better and mixes easier and BEST OF ALL - WORKS!
