Returns

Pre-Approval Return Policy:
Please call or e-mail for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days.

Return Policy for All Products:
Any Sunwarior product may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within thirty days. Simply enclose a note with an explanation and let us know how you would like your credit to be issued(minus a 20$ restocking fee) - immediately to your charge card, store credit, or exchange.

General Returns Information:
Returns credited back to a credit card will be charged a 20$ restocking fee. Store credits will be charged a 10$ restocking fee. If you wish an exchange, please let us know what product you would prefer. Any difference will be given either as a store credit or charged to your credit card on file.

Opened products are not returnable. If you have a problem with any Sunwarrior product, please call customer service at (888) 540-3667. They will be happy to discuss your options with you.
